Following
Vivaldi’s
Rosmira fedele in 2003
and Haendel’s Teseo
in 2007,
the Opéra de Nice invites Gilbert Blin and Académie
Desprez to
present in June 2012, with Gilbert Bezzina and Ensemble
Baroque de Nice, a new production of Il Tigrane
by Domenico Lalli and
Alessandro Scarlatti.
Research leading to the scenic conception of
this production are undertaken by Académie Desprez,
where Gilbert Blin has gathered a specialised team
to assist him for staging, scenography, and costumes.
